Recommend a good Malware program

As above really can anyone recommend a good malware program, i've not long had a new PC and would l like to try and keep it clean as i think my last one got quite bogged down, if it's a free download all the better but i don't mind paying for a decent program. Any feedback much appreciated

It does one off scans for free, or realtime protection if you purchase.

Yup. Malware bytes here too paired with Avast! anti-virus.

Microsoft Security Essentials, been using on my laptop since November with no issues. I also use Malwarebytes.
