I have a Sony compact digital camera, which has a number of modes on such as portrait, manual and program, allowing me to change shutter speed, and exposure etc. I am looking to improve my photography skills, with this camera, by using the many of the settings it has however, i was wondering if you could recommend a good book which will give me some ideas of how to get the best out of a compact camera. Something along the lines of this:
