Will reciprocity considerations still apply when using ND filters?

Reciprocity is affected by exposure time, so the extra exposure time through using ND filters will bring reciprocity into play. This will be worse with extreme filters like big and little stoppers, but even the fairly mild NDs will cause an increase in exposure time.
