I'm just about to get a couple of packs of these - will report back as to their performance vs eneloops / infiniums in flashes

can't imagine them disappointing tbh, 7ds batteries have always been alright...

Almost as good as these received from 7DS a week or so ago:

I've got these - I used to use in my S3 and my brother uses them in his Fuji S5000. They're excellent, why do people bother with rechargeables?

all the batteries in this thread are rechargeable...

and people bother with rechargeables because they cope better with high drain (eg in flashes), and save us a fortune in 'real' batteries if you shoot regularly / daily. A pack of duracells a day, plus a few spare packs in reserve... would take no time at all before hitting the same price as my total rechargable battery + charger setup...
