They come with some adapters but you can buy other ones off ebay for pennies so you would need a 72mm step down ring down to the native size of the DCR250

There are step-up and step-down adapters available and they can be had for a few dollars if you would shop for them on eBay.
You could opt for a 72mm - 67mm step down adapter if the Raynox comes with a universal adapter such as the one they show on the 250's product page.
Of course, you might want a different step down adapter if you have something else you would want to use it with.

HELLO LEE I HAVE A CANON 28-135 AND A CANON 70-200L PLUS 17-40L

I seem to be able to get away with my 14-45 on my G1, but the thread is a lot less than 72mm so I guess that also makes a difference. I am sure the 70-200 will be fine, though why would you want to affect the quality L glass with a £40 adapter ??

I like using my Raynox...

The Raynox 250 comes with a spring loaded clip adapter that covers lenses from 52mm-67mm.

To fit anything higher you'll need a step down.

It's a great little lens and a good cheap introduction to macro photography.

I'm a big fan of the Raynox, mainly becuase it's so easy to use and very cheap at £35.

But given that you've got that rather lovely 70-200L lens, I would opt to spend a little more and get a set of extension tubes - say Kenko about £120.

Tubes will give better quality. Maybe worth a bit extra given your starting kit.
