Raynox DCR-150/250 lens fitment question

Hi all.

A quick question I hope.

When using the Raynox DCR-150/250 clip on close up lenses, does it matter if the lens they are attached to has a filter (UV/Skylight etc) already fitted, or does the filter need to be removed.

Best to remove it - stacking filters is rarely a good idea.

I’ve done it both ways on my sigma 105 macro and the fit is better without any additional filters.
