Has anyone who paid for Raw Shooter Premium managed to get the promised free upgrade to Lightroom and if so how did it happen for you - did you have to chase it up?

Looking round the net it seems a lot of people are getting the runaround over this. :suspect: I'm trialling Lightroom at the moment and can't say I'm too gripped with it, but I think we should chase this up on principle?

nope - still not received mine. Adobe's Customer Service is rubbish and tried to tell me i hadn't registered my copy of RSP. I had and have the data but there is no way i can get them to take notice. I've gone back to Bibble for batch work and if I didn't rely so heavily on PS I'd have gone elsewhere for post-processing too. Not happy with them but lost the will to fight for lightroom which i didn't take to anyway :(
 
I got mine as soon as it was available too, CT.

The email they send contains a one time only use link, for you to get your download.
Or if you have a trial version, just enter the serial they send you.
 
got mine too...weird that you didn't. Do the contacts through RSP wtill work at all? could you try going through that route?
