Unfortunately, I went for years with nothing but one trust bridge camera that proved fantastic. Not too long ago, stepped back in to photography and have gone a bit crazy. I cannot seem to settle on a system, despite having some excellent kit. I know there will be those that say sell this, sell that, just use one.. but I'm struggling with this. Opinions appreciated - I have tried to outline below my reasoning for each one, if that helps. I know its.a silly situation, first world problems some will say! I need to rationalise though! There is also the hassle associated with selling the Canon kit if I loose that.. which is a lot of hassle and probably lot of loss.

Panasonic G80, Panasonic 12-60 Panasonic 100-300
Very nice. Love the AF, the speed, the ergonomics. Not 100% sure about quality yet, but I know deep down it will suffice. Size is great as well for a 600mm euiv. If I keep, would probably get a small fixed 50mm lens for the 1.8 aperture (I like the 2.8 lens I have for the Canon)

Canon M50, Canon 100-400, Canon 200 2.8, Tamron 17-50 2.8, 15-45M, 430 Flash Gun, EOS - M adapter
Nice stuff. Cracking results, and really like the M50. Goes great on the other lens, great quality. Very nice. Built great. It is all quite big though, and just about fits in a camera bag I have.. but its very heavy all together!

Sony RX10 M3
Bought during a bridge camera trial. of the top 1 inch ones. Very loathe to let go as it is bloody great. A nice Billingham bag adidiotn for it and it would nicely live in the car for ever just in case scenario. No complaints. Great on holiday to Italy recently, didn't miss a removable lens kit! Love the lens and the use of it "in the field". I think this would be tough to get rid of no matter what Pana/Canon system I have as it is so "good" at everything!

Leica X1
Actually had this years; Just loathe to let go as it could be a nice heirloom to leave. Maybe weird thinking but.. its 10 years old already and just gets better (classic!)

Ultimately.. I think it has to be Canon vs Panasonic kit. If there are any nice people out there that would offer a good price for the whole canon kit (haha) I would probably go, but its tough. I don't like Ebay and could not face trying to sell on there (maybe here would work for this possibly). And would I miss that Canon kit!

Too many decisions! I know it is such a ridiculous situation! I don't want to think about the amount this all amounts to having been spent!

Depends what you are looking to shoot and what is important to you (IQ v size for example).

I would keep the X1, you like it, probably wont get too much for it, nice camera to have as your 'classic'.

Don't know enough about the others but gut feel is the Canon is most versatile and some good quality glass there too.

Sounds like the RX10 does everything you want so why not keep that and the Leica and get rid of the other two? Is there something that the Canon or Panny offer you that you're not getting with the RX10. Obviously when pixel peeping the IQ won't be as good, but from reading your posts above it appears to me to be the one you enthuse about the most.

I dunno, sounds to me like the M50 is your keeper, it's the only one you describe getting "cracking" results from. You just need lighter lenses for it.

Having gone down the canon M route ,as you say super cameras but having to lug around heavy lenses defeats the purpose . , so earlier this year I changed to a g80 my main lens is a 100-400 but I have a 100.300 and a 12.60 plus a ever growing collection of manual focus lenses which seem to work better on MFT ,I have also bought a Olympus om10-mk2 for the wife to use .

Personally I would keep the Canon stuff.

I don't know if there is particular reason for a 200mm f/2.8 which is a nice lens but of fairly limited scope. 135mm f/2 or one of the 85mms would be a more obvious alternative?

get rid of everything and get the rx10 iv. Don't look back.

I know, thats a good point. I've ordered the M22mm lens and the M 55-200 to see how I get on with those; If I'm happy, I have a feeling it'll be the Canon I keep since I've got more "invested" in them than Panasonic!

True, thats never going! I can't - at the moment - get rid of everything I think.. I just can't do it!
