very stressed at it all and as those who have posted below have said, there is always 2 sides to a story... I havent been easy to deal with believe me.

Just as an update...... I have recieved a response from the company, there appears to be a very reasonable explaination as to why there was no contact, but communication was ...... well.... miss-communicated.......

As the saying goes there are two sides to every story and I would sure like to here the other side of this one.

All I will say is you did well if all you paid was £400
