When tucking into a chocolate bar, have you ever got to the end and on opening the wrapper discovered "You have won!" ?

I've never won on anything like that. However in the good old days when Walkers used to put those little blue envelopes in their packets I have won a few. Including one packet of Prawn Cocktail that had 3 blue envelopes inside. Two had a £20 note in, and the other a free bag coupon :lol: Good times, at 15 that was a lorra cash! Especially as I was on holiday camping with St Johns at the time, and had just spent my last 20p on said bag of crisps :lol:.
 
Ive won a fair few things in my time, endless CD's, and the most recent thing being 2 Radio One Big Weekend tickets :D

The fella won an xBox 360 at the weekend too! We need to get a lottory ticket ;)

I remember those blue packets, someone got two in one bag when we were at school, it was a good day :D

The only blue packets I remember contained salt.

I won a microwave in batchelors cupa soup "Spot The Kitchen Utensil" competition. My workmate won one the month previous too.
 
In my day the blue packet in a packet of crisps contained salt :D

...and all I've won in competitions is an Eddie Murphy video from Capital Radio for knowing the name of the band that Billy Connolly and Gerry Rafferty played together in! Answers on a postcard...:D

I won a bike once in the Radio Times, was worth about £1k at the time too! erm....my sister won all REMs album through VH1 many years ago, I have since recieved all those albums :) so I guess I won that too.
 
Won 3 times on the premium bonds, all £50. that's just about it.
 
I won £7000 last October in Burnley football clubs Claret and Blue bond my hand was shaking when I got the cheque, thats how I managed to buy my DSLR gear! only problem is I want to win again now!!!

I also won on the Claret and Blue bond but I only won £500.00 good job banath is my husband!!! not that i saw much of it though!!!!! but i did get a Nikon D40X
 
Always looking and entering stuff like the current Fanta competitions...

Never won anything thoug :'(

I won £5 in a little blue packet in Walkers crisps, and 'Last of the Mohicans' on DVD via a TV guide magazine but that's it.
 
There are clubs that send members details of current consumer competitions and I have read of members with a list of winnings as long as your arm of all the holidays, cars, etc. they have won. A lot of competitions require a catchphrase about the product and the secret is being good at dreaming them up.
