Has anyone bought any RAM from 7 Day Shop? I am looking to upgrade my Mac Books RAM and they have a really good price, but no manufacturer mentioned and i don't want to buy only for the RAM to be sub-standard quality

Got mine from Crucial, via there online scanner and ordering system. 1Gb stick delivered within 3 days £25

I bought some SODIMM DDR2 667MHz (PC2-5300) from 7Day , it works and it was cheap :D

Worth checking ebuyer for crucial memory. Same stuff is cheaper on there.

You can get quidco cashback on crucial's site, too. They've stopped voucher codes though.

Finally, always check play.com as well when looking for memory, they are occasionally cheaper (particularly where the stick is around £20 as they can get away with the VAT :)

Hope this helps!

Crucial for me too. Just bought 1 GB of 184 Dimm. Very quick delivery and more important when straight in and worked.

I've used Crucial for many years for my numerous macs and always found them helpful, cheap and quick.

I bought some, it seems ok.
MSN keeps locking up, but don't remember if it did it before, and it could just be msn.
Ebuyer do look pretty cheap. I'm tempted by a 2x1GB OCZ kit they have at £35.
