Hi Folks,

I'd like to go shoot a Rally event, anything really just be something interesting to practice my photography on.

Thing is I can't find much on or any info on smaller type events, I'm Essex (nr Chelmsford) based so something within 50 miles ideally. I found one and contacted them but it was non-spectator.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

hmmm nothing in Sept remotely local.

West Essex Car Club
Chelmsford Car Club
Wickford Auto Club

Between them they are responsible for most of the motosport in Essex and the surrounding areas.

You might also look at AutoCross http://www.concordautograss.co.uk/page31.htm as an alternative, there is a meeting this weekend.

Oval Racing at Essex Arena might be usefull for some photos although I have never been there with a camera.
