Depends on your budget but Think Tank Hydrophobia 70-200 is very hard to beat IMHO. Built to last and extremely rugged with excellent quality.

I use Op-Tech rainsleeves, they are easy and quick to fit and cover my 5D3 and Sigma 150-500 OS easily enough. They aren't expensive and not really built to last against hard wear, but I've used the same one about half a dozen times so far with no problems.
