hi Nigel,i picked up a waterproof lens cover from Wildlife Watching supplies, they also do one that covers the camera/lens as well,The one for my 300mm f2.8 is big enough to cover 2x tc aswell. a nice slot so hand can go in to carry/adjust lens.

Had the TT Hydrophobia pretty much fixed to my 400mm f2.8 most of the summer. One of its main advantages is that it can roll up inside itself and stay on the lens hood, ready to be deployed at the next inevitable downpour!
Think Tank hydrophobia not good for sports/football/rugby photographers... dissapointed.. my fault should ahve realised
shooting football for example with a long lens you also have a shorter lens... swapping between the two .. slows things down far too much.. when you have to get your hands into the hydro..speed is everyhting at sports when using two bodies..
