.RAF to jpg batch conversion

Hi All.
I'm trying to find a decent batch convertor for .RAF (Fuji RAW) to jpg
Tried using my Infranview but always end up with 3/4mb sized files.
also tried using my OLONEO one frame at a time, getting 10mb files but very, very slow!
I know size isn't everything but.......!

Have looked at a few recommendations here on the fourums but there seems so many options and not all handle .RAF

What would you suggest?

Photoshop CS3 or better, will handle these files. Photoshop Elements should do the job as well.
