Many users of Quidico here?

Ive recently bought some low value items via their website and dont seem to have recived my credit. i have emailed customer services but to no avail. I understand that it will show me transactions after about a month, but its been nearly 2 months....

what are peoples experiences?

Am i just being unlucky?
How long does it take to show your transactions?
Any tips?

I used to use quidco but have been using topcashback more and they seem to be more reliable.

I gaev up on quidco becuase if something doesn't track, you have to wait ages until you can report a claim.

I ve been using Topcashback and imo they're better. Missing claims can be reported after 7 days

I bought something on ebay though quidco that cost £400, and it hasnt come up and that was 2-3 weeks ago, so Im a bit miffed. Saying that everything esle has gone though ok and Im on about £40 so far.

i found quidico 3 days after i put a 1600 order in at jessops! gutted!! like the sound of topcashback, had a peek at their site and it seems to pay out quicker...

looking for a ps3 at the moment so want to find a site i can trust to pay out!

Took me quite a few emails before they paid me (citing "admin problems"), but the money did come through and the savings, particularly on AA membership and house insurance, were well worthwhile.

~~It 's good for me. Not a problem till date. Fot some £27 in my account, Even ebay trade started getting tracked less than 12 hours.

Yeh I've used it plenty - house hold insurance is the main one - I've saved several hundred over the past couple of years and would happily recommend it.

maybe ive just been really unlucky. do you guys clear your browsing history and or cookies before a purchase?

This year I'm upto 300 pounds (approx) - had problems with the AA and they fought my case to get my money.

This isn't the case anymore you can report them almost straight away and quidco will submit them to the merchant at the required time, it took ages to et this functionality that topcashback has had for years but it is good!

I use a different browser, I do all my looking and deciding in IE8 and then run through the purchase in Firefox as this avoids any potential pit falls. Never had a problem in the years I've been using them and I'm £450 up on quidco alone.

I've used Quidco for a few months and had no problems at all. Everything has tracked and paid out. Some companies can take a month or two to pay but the money arrives eventually.

What percentage saving do you get with Quidco? When it eventually arrives...

I always received cash back by quidco. However my first buy through it was rejected and when I queried it, quidco did chase for it and although resolution took 2-3 few months but retailer finally paid. Topcashback is good as well, never had any issues with them either.

depends on the retailer + offer that's on

Just had a look at their site. The better offers seem to be with 'first orders' and special one-offs. I get 5% cashback, and always 5%, with the UW Discount Club - and it is always paid during the following calendar month without fail. It looks like I may be able to use both quidco and the UW cashback card with some retailers :) More research methinks.
