Quick way to make a banner

Have 500 photos of me and husband for tomorrow's party, going to do a timeline banner type thing to go round the walls but it's going to take absolutely ages to do it in word or publisher. Can anyone suggest anything easier? Was planning on 3 or 4 photos per a4 page iyswim

You can download the trial of Fotoslate4, it will let you do layouts of photo's for printing, pick your page size, pick your layout, add photo's, print. It has a layout Wizard to simplify it.

Argh - been trying most of the night now to stop it putting one photo to a page, even though I've done the wizard to put 4 photos to a page. Might have been quicker to stick them in publisher

Qimage will do what you want but it is not free.

I've not used it for years now as I don't home print photos. As I remember it you can set a print template up then just drag in or otherwise load all your picture files at once and it will print them all. There is a free trial but it adds a watermark according to the site. Might be worth a try to see if you want to buy... or can live with the watermark.

Sorry - posted as you did. Don't really want to buy as it's just for tomorrow and not likely to use it ever again. I think I'm going to give up. Too tired now and getting frustrated . Have burnt 2 of my fingers as well so taking too long to do anything. I think someone somewhere is telling me it's not a good idea. Have been plannign this for ages but family only gave us all our photos this week. Yeah - cheers!

The watermark may be small enough for party guest not to notice. Qimage is the best printing program out there and worth 10 minutes to download and take a look.

Right, it's late and I'm tired and getting emotional now (look out), have it downloaded and have the photos imported but it's putting them all landscape rather than automatically realising..... what am I doing wrong

Going to give up now - just had big row with husband over doing these. He's just told me not to bother now. was really looking forward to it but caused too much hassle. Thanks for your help both of you though. )
