Quick questions for ford galaxy (2102) owners

I have noticed that i don’t have a towing eye in the rear under-floor tray. What other items should be present? Here are the pictures of mine

Also, what is this 'bar' for?

2102 ? I don't have a Galaxy, but it looks like the Easy Fuel funnel is missing from the triangular hole next to where the tow hook should be. Not sure on the rest. The bar looks like it's part of a luggage compartment cover, like estates have, but the boot tray appears to be on top of it.

The "bar" is called the lower Barrier Section that stops smaller items from rolling or sliding out when tailgate is open. (There is also an optional / complimentary upper Boot Load Barrier Extension for higher height luggage)

I think that is in the plastic bag on the right of the first picture. Is that one of these:-

That makes sense! Wasn’t sure whether it was part of another luggage item that was missing...

Yes that's the easy fuel funnel.

Some of the holes may not necessarily be items missing. The under carpet foam insert on my Focus has loads of various sized storage pockets, I just use them to store items that would otherwise be rolling around in the boot.

It is a standard item on new Fords. Looks like you need to get in touch with the salesman again. If for any reason you run out of fuel and need to use a fuel can, you won't be able to push the metal flap open in the top of the filler neck without one.
