On the subject of model release forms: Why are they used? What do I put on the form? And if they are under a certain age should the parent/guardian sign?

as far as i am aware you dont actually need one in the uk, but it does make things easier as it outlines to both parties where and how the pics will be used. as for what goes in them, try a google search on model release form photography. should be a few samples flying round somewhere i would have thought
