I'm sorry if this has already been asked but this is just a quick question as i could really do with placing an order tonight and their customer support is obviously closed at this point!
So i'm trying to order some prints and some wall products at the same time. The ROES software will only allow me to create an order from one catalog ie, it will allow me to build an order for prints, but when you choose wall products you lose the original order for prints and vice versa. If you use the online order system for wall products it then doesn't allow me to order the prints online and i must use ROES.
Is there really no way round this as it's driving me up the wall, am i going to have to pay 2 seperate delivery charges even though i'm ordering at the same bloody time?
I don't know if I've been staring at a screen for too long and am missing something blindingly obvious or is this really the case?
