I'm sorry if this has already been asked but this is just a quick question as i could really do with placing an order tonight and their customer support is obviously closed at this point!

So i'm trying to order some prints and some wall products at the same time. The ROES software will only allow me to create an order from one catalog ie, it will allow me to build an order for prints, but when you choose wall products you lose the original order for prints and vice versa. If you use the online order system for wall products it then doesn't allow me to order the prints online and i must use ROES.

Is there really no way round this as it's driving me up the wall, am i going to have to pay 2 seperate delivery charges even though i'm ordering at the same bloody time? I don't know if I've been staring at a screen for too long and am missing something blindingly obvious or is this really the case?

Thanks in advance!
Andy

I would put it through as two seperate orders, and send them an email about it if it is urgent.

I seem to remember there being an option for van or pickup, which was free but required 'prior permission', that might get you around having to place an order with delivery charges on it, but the people at loxely are nice people as far as I can tell, I am sure they would combine your two orders with delivery and refund.

I thought as much, i was just getting flustered from not getting anywhere! I've dealt with them a lot in the past and the customer service has been brilliant but i can't expect anybody to reply this far out of office hours :D The order isn't particularly urgent, i just have a busy few days so i was hoping to get an order in tonight while i have the time. I'll place the orders separately and do as you say, it might only be £7.20 for delivery but its an extra £7.20 in my pocket!

I'll speak to them tomorrow and see if there's a better way of doing it. I must say the DSCL ordering page is good for this kind of thing, you can upload an order from the software then add other products before you pay etc which works really well, however i do prefer the Loxley products :)

hi
Not sure if I'm too late with the info.
Just place the 2 orders separately and in the comments box just leave a note to explain that you have ordered a products and prints together and you would like them both sending out together.

Had a similar situation recently and although I filled in the box to explain I still had both items delivered separately ( with the 2 delivery charges )

A quick email to them to explain the mix up and I was recredited the extra postal charge.

As has been said their customer services is superb so don't worry about the postage. As long as you document it on the order you will be refunded

I have asked Loxley about this before. There reasoning is to ensure each order or part order gets to us as soon as possible. For example prints will be ready wothin 24 hours but could be delayed for a week waiting on an album.
If you mark all orders as collection grom lab they will phone you when each item is ready then you can explain you want to wait for full order and arrange postage

mark it in the notes and they will refund the second postage (they did that with me)
