Hi All

Just thought i'd give this forum a go to offer and recieve any advice.

I set up my own studio, wedding and commercial business after over 10 years in the Armed forces, where i specialised as a photographer, I have achieved an Associateship with BIPP whilst still serving.

Happy to offer any advice just ask!

You only have to ask dee

Oh dont worry I will!! I may be starting out with printing... I have just bought and installed my first printer (HP photosmart with wireless) and my test picture wasnt too good. I know that I will probably have to do things a bit different with my pictures to get the best out of a printed picture (I dont normally print them) any advice?

I will also put this question in another thread on the forum

D

I'm not all up that genned up with HP printers but a must is colour profiling, this can be done inexpensivly or with expensive software, also when your working on images try to avoid wearing bright coloured clothes as the colour cast believe it or not will affect your on screen image, try wear grey or black.
