Quick help needed.

Hi Guys, I just downloaded a vector off stock photos for a edit im doing, however when I open it in photoshop it looks very pixalated. I just checked the website and it sais I need a vector enlargment software and I dont have this.....
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips/advice?

When you open the image (.eps?) in Photoshop it should give you a Rasterize EPS image dialogue box, this sets the size of the raster converted from vector.
