This forum has been recommended on a couple of woodworking forums, so I've joined to hopefully improve the pictures I take of customer projects. Its also a good time to join, as my current compact camera has closed its shutter for the last time - so I've decided to get myself a DSLR.
I've had SLR's in the past, the last being a Canon EOS300, but my favourite rig (some time ago) was a Minolta X500 with autowind, off camera flash setup, and a bag full of lenses. My interests back then were landscapes and motorsport - how more diverse can you get eh!
Now, as mentioned above, I need a camera to record customer projects, but also to use with the family, and also when out shooting with my other passion - air rifles.
I'm looking to buy second-hand, with a budget of around £3-400ish. So I guess its time to start looking through the forum and checkout other peoples interests, and the kit being used.
Cheers, Dean.
