Can you just go to www.iclipart.com got to clip art and got to a category. We have an issue at work where every page takes 15 seconds to load and isn't due to speed as we have a gigabit connection. We think there is a route problem.

If it loads quickly for you, great :) if not can you run a trace route and message me the results

Each category takes about 5 seconds to load for me. Take it this is acceptable for you and that you don't need a tracert?
 
taking 4 to 5 seconds to load a page when clicking on a category such as people or medical. I'll do a tracert if you want, let me know.

A second or two for each page. No problem.
 
About 5 seconds here on Infinity from a Mac running Mavericks and Chrome.
 
Thanks for the help. We isentified the issue. One of the routers in london had a DNS issue, but it seems most UK ISPs go a different route so weren't effected.

Icliparts support was shocking and rude so will avoid them on future. We had to find and solve the problem ourselves and make contact with the company who owned the router.
