Question for Nikon D90 owners

Just wondered if the remote release MC-DC1 for the D80 will work on the new D90, or do you now have to buy the new MC-DC2 release for the D90.

I have the ML-L3 full remote for the D90 which costs less than £15 from most places and is fully wireless IR. A cheap upgrade IMHO.

Or just get a Hong Kong jobby for £2.50 delivered.

Works great on D60 and D90.

Given I think the question has been answered can I ambush by asking another question.........

How do you all rate the d90? I'm seriously considering getting one as an upgrade from my d40 and see it as a good bang for buck option when compared to the d300.
