Question about Nikon SB 900

Hi there.
I have two SB 900 and on one of them, I can't change the zoom value of the flash head, manually, to above 135 mm. I press the zoom button at the rear, then turn the wheel all the way but it stays at 135 mm. With the other SB 900, it goes up till 200 mm.
Am I missing something?
 
Check that the flip-down diffuser is pushed all the way in and do a reset - I think there should be two green dots next to two buttons... press these simultainoulsy and it should reset and custom functions

Thanks Specialman.

I actually discovered the solution. One of the flashes had the light pattern in the CW mode and the manual ISO setting at a value of 100. When I changed the light pattern to Standard and the ISO setting to 200, I could perfectly manipulate the manual zoom setting as pleased.
