Do you have to use pigment ink printers pretty often to keep them running properly? Like once a week etc?

Looking for a printer around £300 A3+ size. Any suggestions?
 
I can't help, but what is the difference between pigment and 'other' inks, and why or when would you use one or the other ?
 
Does it have to be new? Might be able to sort you out a decent 2nd hand one for that price. Drop me a PM if you want me to see what I can do.
 
I have an R2400 which is just stunning but it is a little over your budget at about maybe £440ish ! Very nice, the R1800 should fit into your price range though.
 
Considered an A3 printer myself but if costs are an issue I find that it's much cheaper using a decent online print company.

Having said that when I was looking the r1800 got very good ratings

Thanks for the offer Mark but I don't fancy the cost of postage all the way down to here!!!
