BR RS7 and never any issues to date..

I have Optec with Canon 7D with either a 24-70 f/2.8L or a 70-200 f/2.8 L lens i.e. very heavy. I have to carry the camera holding the lens on my forearm and use the Optec for safety. Even with Optec which is well designed and well made the weight is just too much for my neck.
Have you looked at the Optech sling? Won't cost you much to try if you don't like it

No, I do too and must say its very good indeed, far better than a traditional arrangement. I preferred the screw on this than the other options and has never worked loose these last 12 months since I've been using it.

Yeah, I don't get the obsession with the screw mount coming loose. It's not as if the camera spins around on the end of the strap or anything, so it doesn't really have an opportunity to come loose at all.

Going to throw another one in to the mix.
Carry Speed Fs pro or slim.
I use the slim and no problems, you can also tighten the strap down whilst walking, when you lift the camera, it loosens off.

+1 for these
