Putting a name to the picture

It entails fiddling with your canvas size to add white/black borders and then adding a text layer...

I did it once long ago when I worked off a tutorial but didn't bother to do it regularly, suppose I should...

Will go and hunt for that mag and get back to you.

I am fairly sure that you can also create an action in P/S which will do the whole thing for you with a mouse click or 2.

Hope to get back to you over the weekend!

never bother signing, who'd want it anyway :p

I havent had any of my shots printed, so prints I, er, cant comment on.

I do mark my online web shots though, with my website URL.

I only sign prints. Usually on the mount board in pencil along with a small title in the bottom rhs. As for web stuff, can't normaly be bothered.

Never signed any of my prints and don't usually put a copyright / sig on my website images.

I did sign a book once by John Clements (he signed it too) as I had a picture published in it and handed it to the model who I used for the pic though ! :D
