PT=-4 Wireless any good?

yes you do get what you pay for but they are worth it. I got mine over a year ago, replaced the batteries once in that time a few weeks ago, I had the ones you get with it for all that time without a problem. Ok maybe a few miss fires but honestly maybe 10 misfires at the most in that time.
Mine are a different shape to those but are the PT-04 ones, I dont know how good those in your link are but for that price, if you have any major problems just buy another set.

Definatly recommended until you can afford/need/want to upgrade.
 
Yes they do. I got a set a few weeks back and they work very well indeed for a fraction of the pocket wizards price.
 
These are the newer ones that work on AAAs which get a decent write up. I'd be more concerned about the seller - I bought three items from them nearly a month ago and they haven't turned up, Paypal gave me a refund in the end....
 
I'm waiting for the Radio Popper JrX in the next few months, should be a lot more reliable than buying from HK via eBay.

and how would they work with sigma flashes
 
Work fine with everyuthing apart from Minolta apparently.

Range I found testing outside was more than 30m with line of sight.

not too bad a range then,
got few there rikki
at the mo i use an interfit trigger to flash the 2x 150s, but it also can trigger the sigma 500dg two, an an old misson 20m flash, but was crap when i took them out in the garden,
 
Yep very pleased with them, when Pocket Wizards cost so much these really do kick a lot of ass for the price.
