lol how small was the amount? I've heard a teaspoon of sugar helps not tried it though.

It was about half a teaspoonfull..apparently milk is the best thing but have to say I just tried the ultra death sauce from blairs and milk didnt help much! Although its twice the strength of this one.

I'll see your Psycho Juice Extreme and raise you a bottle of Dragon's Blood!

This stuff is beyond belief!

A 16th of a teaspoon in a chilli con carne for 4 is enough to make it bleedin' hot!!

As for eating it neat. You just wouldn't  :nono:

;)I would...as for strong extracts next on the list is the source..7.1 million on the scoville rating.
I was swigging blairs ultra death this afternoon :naughty:
Dragons blood is 800, 000 and blairs ultra is over a million.

OK, serious question.....What is the attraction of partaking of sauces like these? It can't possibly be for the flavour can it? Surely the sheer heat negates any real flavour they may have doesn't it?

Always liked spicy foods and love trying different sauces. Believe it or not some do have a nice flavour although a lot of the extracts are just disgusting and all heat.lol

That's what I mean. I understand how adding a tiny amount into receipe might be a sound decision, just not necking it neat

 I guess its just curiosity to see how far you can go. Always eaten hot food and love the chilli kick.

You cannot taste the Donkey Ruth :D I like a little hot spice but appreciate aromatic ones more. If it takes away the taste of the meal then it`s no good for me :shake:

Looks pretty hot though, would have been better to have splashed some on the Dog`s B......s and see him lick it off

 Respect :notworthy:

I have a packet of Naga Cashews at the moment. They're delicious but I can only manage 4 or 5 at a time :geek: I got my daughter to try one and she reacted similar to your son after trying the Psycho Juice :D I'm also rather partial to Blairs Death Rain Habanero Crisps. They're pretty insane too :)

Dragons blood ain't too bad. I had some batch 13 stuff and it was rather nice.

The Satan's s*** is a hotter one but lacks a lot in the flavor department.

At the moment i've quite liking my fresh Trinidad scorpion chillies I have in my hydro grow.
I also have a bag of dried ones which did not grow to full size... I call these "nuggets of death" due to the fact you can grind one in to a chilli for 4 people and still have to put up with there moaning text messages the next day when there sat on the bog....

I'm looking to try some fresh pods if you have any going spare.

I'll have a look when i'm back home, should be this weekend (hope my bro aint killed them!)

Have you tried the "Source"?..looking at getting this when I have some spare cash!

Not tried Dave's Insanity or Dragon's Blood but had a whole Bhut Jolokia finely chopped on a chicken breast this evening (added after cooking), which was bloody hot.

Got an extract sauce in the fridge too - 10 Minute Burn (Jolokia & 7.3m extract) - which is great for removing blandness from anything. :)

I've just watched that You Tube video Stuart  You are properly mad!!!
How long did it take for the burn to subside? :runaway:

Stuart, they are bloody funny, I had to laugh when my 4 year old tried tabasco the other week, I am getting back into my hot sauces after to many years of not having any, guess I am going to have to do some shopping soon.

it's pretty hot!!

Blimey! I usually have to ask the takeaway to make sure the tikka masala is mild...I suspect these sauces might not be for me :D

It must be great fun in the marketing department coming up with the names though - there's a couple from that store you linked to Stuart called Colon Cleaner and Sphincter Shrinker

Indeed... I am quite happy with the natural ones but when it gets to capsium extracts it gets stupid...

 Yeah the extract heavy stuff isnt nice but tbh blairs ultra death isnt too bad at all...granted better as an additive but did have some chips today and used it as a dip. Also put couple of teaspoons of psycho juice in a chilli yesterday and it was spot on!.Not too much and added quite a nice flavour.

I quite fancy trying to grow some of my own,are they pretty easy?

My Krakatoa Chillis just beginning to ripen last year

And the harvest

They are hot little buggers too :D

I put them in airtight bags as soon as I pick them, then pop them in the freezer. I take them out and defrost them as I need them :)

Will deffo have to look into growing my own as cant get fresh hot ones any where.
