Pse9/cs4/cs5 dilemma

I have cs4 and I would very much like to have content aware fill.
My dilemma, as an amateur, I find it hard to justify the cost of cs5 even at student rate
If I buy pse9 I will be jumping in and out of pse9 and cs4
Or is there another way

Can't you just buy the upgrade as you've already got CS4?

Thanks for the reply but Upgrade is about the same price as student rate

All I can say is that I've had CS5 just over a month now and it's definitely worth it for me over PSE9.
