PSE9 and white borders!!!!

Can anyone help - I am trying to print through Photoshop Elements as for some reason I can only do basic printing through my Canon package - but each time I print something out through PSE I get white borders around image. I have tried crop to fit but this doesn't work either. What am I doing wrong?!?!? Thanks Sarah

Forgot to add - they are not even equal borders!!!!

Are your printer preferences set for borderless prints? On printers like mine I can only have borderless prints on certain sizes of photo paper settings.

I think so. When I print through Canon MP560 I get borderless printing through the easy print option. BUT I can't do anything advanced like change profiles on Easy Print which is a real pain so I am kind of stuck with PSE9.

Is your 'page setup' in PSE9 set to 'As printer settings'?

From what you are saying with the uneven borders it seems like the printer isn't aware that you want it to be a borderless print. I imagine the bottom of your print is larger than the rest of the borders.
