I know PSE8 is getting a bit now but serves me well.

I have a new PC and had a plugin from PanosFX. I have re-installed PSE on my new pc but can't get the plugin to install and can't remember how I did it before does anyone know how it's done please. I don't think it was complicated or I couldn't have done it!
 
Thanks, I did try that but it's for PSE 11 not 8 and I can't get it to work following those instructions.

I'm pretty sure last time I just dragged and dropped but whatever I try it doesn't load.
