PSE 8 help please

Today I got my new laptop. Have installed PSE8 on it...cannot for the life of me remember how to install the right file to make PSE8 read my RAW file. I have download the zipped file...but cannot remember how to get it to work now!
I remember someone on here telling me how to get it to work...had to place the file somewhere, but i cannot remember :( Can anyone help?

"If you use a 64-bit edition of Windows, then move Camera Raw.8bi into \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Plugins\Elements 8\File Formats. If you are prompted to overwrite the existing plug-in file, then click Yes or Overwrite."

The fun hasn't started yet...still downloading/installing various bits and pieces!
 
Oh definately!! It's taken a little bit of getting used to...I'm used to vista, so it's a bit of a change, but I am really pleased with it :) even find the keyboard nice to type on :)
