PS shortcuts

Does anyone know a way that I can assign totally different keys to tools that are grouped traditionally in photoshop under the same key?

i.e. Patch tool & Spot healing brush are normally both 'J' but I need to keep flicking between using those two tools frequently.

I know you can scroll using shift-j, but that doesn't help much and assigning a different key in PS just seems to confuse it.

Help?

Record the selection of the spot heal tool as an action, and just assign a F key to it.
