So I have my new camera and I've been out a couple of times with it and taken a few reasonable shots. I have PSE7 sitting here and I've had a dabble but to be honest I have absolutely no grounding in the fundamentals of PP and image editing. I read (sometimes conflicting) isolated guides here and there and just aimlessly mess with the settings until the image is ruined.

I really need some help to organise my workflow and approach image editing in a more structured, formal way than my current structureless haphazard (clueless) "approach".

Can anyone recommend a good book/course/guide for someone like me?

I find Scott kelby books very easy to understand for photoshop, take a look HERE ;)
