PS Elements 13 to 14?

Hi all,
Has anyone upgraded to Elements 14 from 13? If so is it worth it?
Are there any significant improvements?

I have 13 and from what I could glean for myself I decided the change (I hesitate to call it an upgrade) was not worth it.

I'm currently using PSE 11 and am considering upgrading to 14, but probably wouldn't from 13.

I have PSE13, and downloaded a trial version of 14. I don't think I will upgrade unless I can get an OEM version a bit cheaper than the retail version.
