PS actions

I saw some free action for download on Deviant Arts site. On a few of them, when I run the action, is says things like "lighting effects,not available".
Is this because I may not have the plugins or something that the creator of the action has?

Sometimes filters and effects will only run in 8bit mode so I would check that first

Just tried on an 8 bit, and same problem :shrug:

You need to open up the action to see what it is doing, it could be changing to another format that doesn't allow filters. post me the action and I will have a look for you.

Hey Mark,

The vanilla one worked apart from the feather selection tool for some reason but I just selected continue and it worked.

Do you have your actions listed in 'button' mode?
