Hi everyone,
Has anyone used them? I've insured my camera and equipment with them on 1st of April and not recieved my pack yet. Hoping it's not a scam.
I got a confirmation email, went to click on the email address where it says to contact them, clicked on it, took me to a website and a warning came up about a possibility of the website being a phishing website!! :(

I have them insuring my Macbook Pro & my 60D & Lens. No problems yet as i've not had 'em break or get pinched.....
 
just insured my ipad 3 for £58 worldwide insurance, recieved my pack a few days ago..

there on TV so its less likely they are a phishing website. Well known name....
 
Thanks for the replies, put me a bit more at rest, It's been 2 weeks and not recieved my pack yet so was getting worried, I shall try calling them tomorrow and ask them.
 
Thanks for everyone for their advice, I have emailed them and will hope I get my pack tomorrow. :)
