Proshow Comparison

Just looking at slide show software and ProShow seems very good from the examples seen. however their website doesn't seem to have a comparison over the version

whats the difference between the Proshow producer and proshow Gold, there seems to be a major price difference thats all.

I have ProShow Gold and it is enough for me.
