every week we see another group of people (with little or no experience) listen to the advice of an expert and then completely discount it meaning they dont realise the full potential of the property, theres also a large amount of people who loose track of the fact its a money making venture and make the house to their liking (these are usually the sort of people who have fairly 'unique' tastes

the beanie has just told one couple that if they add another bedroom in they will get over 100k more on the resale value and they;ve gone 'no' and wont be disuaded from their original idea, simply because they;ll have to go back to planning (spend a penny to make a pound)

theres a reason that beanie has made loads of money from property, she knows what works in the housing market so it might be a good idea to listen,

i still like the program though

TBH I think that there are far too many programmes
like this on the box, how many variations of one theme
can "they" actually make ?
the answer to this and many other questions like this
may never be found

Its not a program i watch , i agree with cobras comments though , there always seems to be a theme folloew by a glut of programs on this theme , cash in the attic , bargain hunt etc etc
