It's been a long time since the SUN could be said to have been a NEWS paper, it's a scandal sheet and probably proud of it.
 
Erm, no offence guys but it looks like they removed him to get the text header in above the picture (his head would be in the text), otherwise there's too much white space.

I don't think it really needs to "Ethnic cleansing" title on that site.

Not that I'm a fan of The Sun or ANY British media to be honest.

Well, apart from the laughingly bad photoshop, hehe.
It's a newspaper and as such shouldn't ever be 'changing' photos, in order to fit headlines or not.
