Promo Emails. How to do it???

I want to create a series of email promos like these:

How would I go about this and what is the best way to do it?

I have never done these before, but have access to dreamweaver etc. if needed.

I just don't understand the process of getting it onto the email and any things I need to watch out for.

I've never done one, but I believe its not that tricky. you could try a service like

However, make sure your recipients have signed up to receive your email newsletters, otherwise its spam!

We use mail chimp at work and it's pretty good. Handles all of the required things like unsubscribes and uses their mail server so yours won't get blacklisted etc
