"30 Guest photographers reserving 1 day of the month and blogging a shot that they taken on that day."


I don't understand this, I shoot it and post it on a blog I don't have or want.
I shoot it and it is blogged by somebody else ?

If the frame must be shot and posted on the same day, that pretty much excludes anything shot on film.
You could shoot a b/w frame and self develop, but that is particularly limiting.

I'm interested in shooting a film frame for any day if the above can be straightened out, if not then....not

Can you clarify a couple of things:

a) Is the shot to be taken on the same day as posting, or just during that month?

b)I presume the idea is to blog about the photo taken rather than anything else?

Answers :
a) Shot is taken, processed and posted in a thread (I will create tomorrow) on the same day.
b) You can use the description freely, It would be good to understand why you taken the shot but if you wanted to just talk about your day then that's fine also!

"Blog" is a term i used, I mean to post them in a thread i'll create.
I also do apologise but if a film cannot be shot and processed in the same day as well as uploaded then I guess this excludes film users - :(
On a side note, are there any online FILM 365'ers?
 
added :)

3 remaining, very flexible people can join me on the reserve list (to be called on late at night to rescue the project in case somebody struggles to post their shot)
 
I will give it a go. 13th or any date thats free.
 
I'll take the 27th, as I am off that week, so it will give me some time to think.

In the meantime, why only 30 days? What's wrong with January 31st?

ALL SPACES NOW TAKEN, Any further photographers will be added to the reserve list if wanted...

Yes, but you don't have to post Tuesday the 12th's photo on Tuesday the 12th, generally they are updated weekly.
Looks like your going to surpass 30 easily anyway, so good luck with that.

Ah I get you now, for this little project i'd like to keep it to a daily entry buy the individual photographer. I sincerely apologise that I couldn't accommodate Film users.

Well, I see from the spreadsheet that all dates are gone but I'll be out on the 1st so will have an image or two on standby for you.

Also if there's a dropout on any other date just let me know, I can probably step in.
 
I'm up for this if you need a reserve, seeing as I won't be attempting my own 52/365. Not sure where I'm gonna be on any of the week days this month so if I'm on a shoot you'll be getting something depicting somewhere :) Week day would be good :)

I think the best way for me to collate your email addresses for people who would like a remind would be for you to email me at my address gary.eddleston[at]gmail.com ( [at] = @ symbol obviously)
I will NOT publish your address on the above spreadsheet, I'm going to save a seperate copy locally on my machine so I can email you a polite reminder and ensure that your email address is not spotted by any spammers :)

I was thinking of it more as a film project as well, so I'll back out. You seem to be well supported anyway! :)
 
If you are still looking for more Gaz then I am in. Give me the last day of January but will take the latest date you got for me :thumbs:
 
I'm hoping to do my shot on film in my xpan, I hour proccessing then back home to scan and post. Simples I hope :eek:

This is a test to see if my bigger project will work, the days are irrelevant to me, but I do acknowledge that their are 31 days in Jan, I will be posted a thank you post as a bonus picture on the 31st...

this would have also been a "odd" number if it was delayed till Feb as their are only 28 :thumbs:

30 is just a manageable number.
 
fair enough...

have to say this has got me thinking and that can only be a good thing even if it hurts...lol
