Programme for Borders/Frames

I came across a nice Mac app/programme for adding all different frames and borders to images but for the life of me I can't remember what it's called :bonk:

Does anyone know of a good one? Hopefully someone will mention the one I was after and my brain will come back alive!

Search here on cowasaki, he made up a great bit of software for frames.

Thanks Shaun, that looks good but not the one I was thinking of. It was a programme solely for adding frames etc, you would edit a photo in Lightroom e.g. then open it in this software and add frames. Think you could create montages and contact sheets too....
