Exactly as @connersz says above. These sites are simply click bait. They lure you in just to show you advertising.
Then you get the stupid part of the population that actually believe it and share it all over farcebook clogging up our timelines with utter crap, trying to get more of us to click into their s***ty little websites.
They made me smile, I'm happy to ignore their adverts :)
It might be nonsense but a lot of people will believe this crap.
You don't think the "20,000 images of children in school uniform" in the first paragraph wouldn't give it away then ?
 
Much of everything on the web is clickbait these days, and often it can be extremely manipulative in that it will not always appear to be so. Everything from those inspirational quotes you see fired around on FB or linked in, the "80% of people won't be able to read this" messages, blatantly ignorant articles that people feel compelled to comment on to correct them and put the world to rights...... Could go on and on and on.
