Hi Alex,

I can see why you don't want to use a sticker. The flash reflects a bit doesn't it?

I'm often asked to add logos on our 360 product spins. This means putting them on at least 36 images per product! To save time I use a photoshop action to position the logo and then run it as a batch for all the other images.

In order to keep things consistent, I save all the images I want the logo to appear on at the same size. I see your sample is on Ebay so I'll use 1000x1000 pixels as an example.

I make the logo up at the exact size I need it to appear (say, 1000x100 pixels) and make sure I take a note of the height in pixels.

Then I do the following:

- Put all my images which need logos into one folder
- Open the logo in Photoshop and leave it open as the active window
- Go to the Photoshop Actions window and start recording a new action
- Open one of my images which needs a logo
- Add 100 pixels to the bottom using Canvas size (based on the example of 1000x100 pixels)
- Click on the logo image to make it the active window
- Select the 'move' tool, then select all and copy
- Click back on my image to make that the active layer and paste the logo as a new layer
- Move the logo to the bottom of the image (use 'X' and 'Y' co-ordinates for accuracy)
- Apply the transformation then flatten image
- Save into a new folder
- Stop recording the action
- Close the image window only. Leave the logo window open, but deselect all.

To run the action simply select 'File > Automate > Batch' and choose your images folder as your 'source folder'. Use the new folder you created as your 'destination folder'. (Click both 'Override' commands check boxes). Then click 'OK' to run the batch.

The batch should automatically open an image, select the logo, place it in position, save the image in a new folder, then move on to the next image. At this point, if you've got hundreds of images, you can leave it to run while you go and get a coffee.

This might seem a bit complex to start with but once you've set up the action you can use it time and again. You can add lots of stuff in the action such as layered logos if you wish.

That's what I do anyway. Hope it helps.

Terry
