Processing water droplets?

I have just been having a play with water droplets but am unsure of the best way to process them? I have been playing with the basic stuff like contrast, curves, levels etc but wanted to hear how others process their images?

Theres no hard and fast rules, most images may need a curves or levels tweek, and many will benifit from sharpening, but a lot depends on whether your working from jpeg or RAW, gennerally RAW will need a more work to get right, but give better quality then. Jpeg will vary depending on the in-camera settings.
